The underlining purpose of all our programs at Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Centers is to support health and promote a sense of well-being. This means linking physical and emotional health and one of the keys to doing this is Physical Therapy.

Our Centers were founded by Igor Yatskar, PT, MS, a physical therapist who has witnessed how Physical Therapy strengthens the mind-body connection which in turn improves one not only physically but emotionally as well.
At our Miner St Center, a physical therapist is available to design a personalized, exercise program just for you. While you exercise, the Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Aide is there to supervise and assist you.
