Each and every single participant in the Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Center has a special place in my heart. Their laughter, their individuality, and their gratitude are endlessly refreshing. I, like the rest of the staff, go out of my way to be on a first-name basis with each participant, and make sure they each are as comfortable and happy as they make me feel. I respect each one's unique personality and I absolutely adore and appreciate the connection I get to have with them. When I was younger, I used to say that only in dreams would someone be happy to go to work every day, saying "I love my job" and mean it. Well, thanks to the amazing participants of Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Center, that's one more dream come true. Employee |
